How do virtual services work?
We use Quickbooks Online, a dedicated server for your Quickbooks Desktop, locally on our computer, or LogMeIn to log on to your computer. We also have experience with Xero and Zoho Books!
How do you obtain my banking and credit card information?
We have many clients that give us “view only” access to their financial institutions so we can download dates, get statements, deposit and check images, making our work more efficient. Or you can send us all the information via a secure file-share system. We work with all systems.
How do you perform Accounts Receivable?
We invoice your clients using your invoicing methods and time frames. We also collect on any past due invoices and do any additional AR duties.
How do you perform Accounts Payable?
We use Bill.com, for electronic payments. We can also mail all checks during the billing cycle. Whatever is most comfortable for you.
What 3rd party apps do you work with?
Tsheets, Bill.com, Expensify, Paypal, Square Sync, Join.me, GotoMeeting, LogMeIn, Google Drive, OneDrive, QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, and any CRM’s. We work with just about any platform.
How do you charge?
If you are a monthly recurring client, payment is due on the 1st of every month. If you have a special clean up/set up/catch up project, a retainer is due to begin work and is generally charged on an hourly basis.
